I’m Ade Mota.
Emotional Leadership Strategist and creator of The Pattern Shift Method™.

I work with self-aware women and mothers who already know what to do…
but still find themselves reacting in ways they later regret.

Not because they’re incapable.
Not because they lack discipline.

But because emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and unconscious conditioning are often driving the reaction underneath the moment.

A pattern.

My work helps women recognize and transform the emotional patterns behind overwhelm, reactivity, emotional exhaustion, and disconnection so they can respond with more clarity, calm, and emotional leadership in real life.

Not perfectly.
But intentionally.

Through my work, I combine emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, Strategic Intervention principles, identity transformation, practical psychology, and simple evidence-informed tools to help women create lasting emotional change that actually works in everyday life.

Because when the pattern changes,
the emotional environment changes too.

And that changes what a family carries forward

Lasting emotional change doesn’t happen through pressure.
It happens through awareness, regulation, and new emotional patterns practiced consistently over time.

Training & Methodology

My work is shaped by both professional training and real-life experience.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling and training in Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention, emotional regulation, nervous system education, and identity-based transformation work. This graduate training in human behavior and communication informs, but does not replace, my coaching approach — coaching is not therapy or a clinical service, and is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.

Today, I bring these principles together through The Pattern Shift Method™ to help women create practical emotional change in real life.
